Property Tax Lending & Foreclosures
As part of its litigation practice, The Bryant Law Firm also represents Texas tax lien lenders. The Firm serves as local counsel for collection, foreclosure, and other tax lien lender-related matters in Harris and surrounding counties. Such representation includes both judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, including those requiring special orders (Rule 736) prior to the sale and Tax Code Chapter 33 judicial foreclosures.
Delinquent Property Tax Disputes
The Firm also represents property owners who fail to timely pay property taxes by certain designated deadlines, thereby facing the harsh penalties imposed by the Texas Tax Code. When a delinquent tax situation arises, the Firm can assist with evaluating and responding to delinquent tax notices and possible resulting litigation.
